CSFs are the start and finish of any 500block project. A surprising percentage of projects are begun without ever defining the goals, the desired outcomes, the success factors for the project. That's a recipe for disappointment on all sides. By talking through, deriving and defining CSFs, 500block ensures that you know what you're getting, and we know what you expect us to do.

Then we will prepare a 'Statement of Work' outlining exactly what we propose to do for you, what each of us will contribute, how long it will take, what it will cost, and what will be produced. This document becomes the framework of the project. Upon your approval of this document, work begins.

The cost and scope for every project is unique. We don't use 'boilerplate' documents or work materials, and only after learning what you need will we give you a quote for the project at hand. Unlike some others, we don't expect you to pay us to win your business!
